Our Story
Two Different Trades. One Standard: Do It Right or Don't Do It.
Jeff and Chris have known each other for about 10 years — they crossed paths growing their Instagram accounts and found they had a lot in common even back then. Jeff spent 10 years in the Navy before building a pressure washing business from the ground up, and spent the next four years growing it one solid job and one honest referral at a time. Chris spent 4 years in the Navy and has been painting for more than two decades, with a client list built entirely on word of mouth and zero advertising, because the work spoke for itself long before either of them thought about a website.
After watching Jeff build and grow his business for almost four years, Chris saw how much overlap there was between the two trades — and figured Jeff’s eye for social media could help launch both businesses at once, under one name. They sat down, ironed out the details, and Veterans Property Revival was born: Chris’s painting expertise and Jeff’s pressure washing operation, combined under one standard and one promise to every homeowner they work for.
Meet the Founders
Jeff — Co-Founder, Pressure Washing
Jeff served 10 years in the Navy as a CTR1, stationed at NSA Hawaii and later aboard a cruiser out of Virginia that took him to 15 countries across 4 continents, before finishing his enlistment at USSOCOM in Tampa. He’s originally from Rumford, Maine, a small papermill town, and spent the 4 years after leaving the Navy building his pressure washing business from the ground up — the same business now merged into VPR. Jeff runs the pressure washing side of every job. Off the clock, he’s usually turning wrenches on a car, wakeboarding, or snowboarding.

Chris — Co-Founder, Painting
Chris spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy, then more than 20 years mastering the painting trade — building a loyal client base the old-fashioned way, one satisfied homeowner telling the next. Chris runs the painting and stucco side of VPR, bringing two decades of hands-on craftsmanship to every property we touch.
